"The system is perfectly designed to achieve exactly the results it gets."
Donarld Berwick

What people want most in the world, after good jobs, is less corruption.

How can it be then that there is so much corruption and that it is growing?

There are many people of good will and many organizations that have been working for years to eliminate corruption.  Although there have been some successes, the roots of corruption have not been addressed.

The first problem is that until now, little has been done to design and implement a system that will exactly create cultures with minimal corruption.  Anti Corruption League (ACL) is doing so.

The second problem is that group and individual actions are not systemically coordinated to achieve effective results.  To do that requires a system that executes super-organization.  The ACL system does that by deploying the power of computers and the Internet.
